Shipping policy

 

• Priority Mail:

- 1-3 day delivery after shipment, save for any delays USPS may be facing.

- Priority Mail is recommended when purchasing from my shop (excluding merch items)! When you choose Priority Mail, your package is automatically insured and if any issues with the post office arise, you will be fully refunded if need be!

• First Class Mail:

- 2-5 day delivery after shipment, save for any delays USPS may be facing.

- Please be aware that if you choose to have your order shipped through First Class Mail (excluding merch items), it does not come with insurance. We cannot be held responsible for any lost, missing, or stolen packages that are shipped through First Class Mail, and as such, are unable to issue refunds under those circumstances.

• International Orders:

- Choosing the 'First Class International + Insurance' method at checkout guarantees that your package will be fully insured in the face of any issues or mishaps regarding the postal service. This is the highly recommended option for any international shipments! All shipping insurance claims must be made within 120 days of shipment.

- If you choose to have your package shipped through 'First Class International' shipping, your package does not come with insurance and we cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing uninsured packages. Refunds will not be able to be issued under these circumstances. 

- Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any and all customs/duty fees a destination country may require, and that we cannot issue refunds for returned packages due to unpaid customs fees.

 

* Once a package's tracking number has been updated as 'delivered,' it is no longer eligible for insurance claims or refunds.

• Please allow 3-7 business days for your order (excluding merch items) to be shipped! You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as it is shipped. If you place multiple orders (excluding merch items) with the same name and address, we will automatically combine them into one package to ensure you receive everything at once and to prevent any unnecessary packaging waste!

• Due to the fact that all merch items are made to order, please allow up to 2-5 weeks for shipment.
